Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that the products supplied by us shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period shall remain strictly subject to the warranty period offered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the respective product or component, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by us. The warranty period shall commence from the date of dispatch or invoice, whichever occurs earlier.
Where applicable, OEM warranty terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions shall prevail and shall be binding on the purchaser. Components, sub-assemblies, or accessories sourced from third-party manufacturers shall be covered only to the extent of the warranty provided by such OEMs.
3. Scope of Warranty
The scope of warranty shall remain strictly subject to the determination, approval, and warranty policies of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and shall apply only to the extent expressly agreed and accepted by the purchaser at the time of sale. Any warranty coverage, remedies, limitations, exclusions, or conditions specified by the OEM shall be binding on the purchaser and shall prevail over any general warranty terms, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by us.
Subject to the above, our obligation under this warranty shall be limited, at our sole discretion, to one of the following remedies:

Repair of the defective product or component, as approved by the OEM

Replacement with an equivalent or comparable product or component, subject to OEM availability and approval
-
Supply of spare parts necessary to rectify the defect
Any repaired or replaced product or component shall be warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original OEM warranty period.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects, failures, or damage resulting from:

Improper installation, commissioning, operation, handling, or storage

Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modification
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable deterioration
-
Operation beyond specified limits or outside the intended application
-
Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized personnel
-
Electrical surges, environmental conditions, or force majeure events
-
Software, firmware, or configuration issues not supplied or approved by us
Consumables and expendable parts, including but not limited to batteries, cables, connectors, seals, and fasteners, are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

Notify us in writing within the applicable warranty period

Provide valid proof of purchase (invoice and/or serial number)

Submit a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photographs or videos if requested
We reserve the right to inspect, test, and evaluate the product to determine warranty eligibility prior to approval of any claim.
6. Shipping & Logistics for Warranty Claims
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Inbound transportation to our designated service facility shall be borne by the purchaser

Outbound transportation following repair or replacement shall be borne by us
-
Any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or regulatory fees associated with international warranty returns shall be borne by the purchaser
All returned products must be packaged in secure, export-grade packaging to prevent transit damage.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability under this warranty shall be limited to the invoice value of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, operational downtime, or loss of data.
8. No Other Warranties
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Warranty Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Arbitration (MSME Protection Clause)
Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in any other document, where the seller is registered as a Micro or Small Enterprise under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (“MSMED Act”), any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this warranty, the sale of goods, payment obligations, or related commercial arrangements shall be resolved strictly in accordance with the provisions of the MSMED Act, including Sections 15 to 23 thereof.
Where applicable, the dispute shall be referred to the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC) having jurisdiction, and the decision, conciliation, or arbitration conducted under the aegis of the MSEFC shall be final and binding upon the purchaser.
In cases where the MSMED Act is not applicable, or where reference to MSEFC is not mandated, all disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Act.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitral award shall be final, binding, and enforceable, and may include directions for interest, costs, and expenses, including statutory interest as applicable under the MSMED Act. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters relating to or arising from the arbitration proceedings.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in force on the date of purchase shall be applicable.
