Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two (2) business days following confirmation of payment. Shipments are sent via EMS Speed Post or an equivalent international postal service, with end-to-end tracking provided. Standard deliveries are completed without signature confirmation. Should you require delivery via an alternative courier service with signature-on-delivery, this may be arranged at an additional cost. We request that you contact us prior to selecting this option. A tracking reference will be provided for all shipments, regardless of the delivery method selected.

Shipping charges include professional handling, export-grade packaging, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation charges are calculated based on the total volumetric and/or actual weight of the consignment, in accordance with carrier standards. Customers are advised to consolidate items into a single order where feasible, as separate orders cannot be merged once placed and will incur shipping charges individually.

All shipments are dispatched at the consignee’s risk, in line with international shipping practices. Nevertheless, we exercise the highest level of care in packaging and preparation. Fragile and sensitive items are packed using reinforced materials, and cartons are appropriately sized to ensure stability and protection throughout transit.
