Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

  • Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS Speed Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Speed Post with required signature, an additional cost may be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipment Fees

  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and or volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipment Transit Protection

  •  Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

  • Before starting the delivery process, we check all the items thoroughly.  We do not accept returns.

Lost Shipment

  • We request our valued customers to kindly cooperate with us in rare and unlikely event of lost shipment. Please rest assured that we will be putting our best efforts to know the whereabouts of your shipment. We do not provide insurance on any shipment.

Warranties

  • All warranties are provided by the manufacturers and you should contact them directly about defects and problems. We would certainly provide you the best known contact numbers and details.
